  Apart from that, I've had the displeasure of dealing with rudeness from two staff over the phone... not impressed. My latest issue, the guy didn't even want to know about it... Yet a phone call to telstra's 132200 number and problem solved! Replacement phone on its way (even though the guy (Burnie Telstra) said no and wasn't remotely interested in what I had to say).

  These guys are good with helping you out if you have a Telstra problem or phone... usually both. Sometimes it takes a while to be served, but they are good at what they do. Plenty of variety in phones if you're after something other than the usual iPhone or Samsung premiere device. Also sells accessories, although the range is quite small and the prices are a little too high. Most of the staff are good... most.

  Impossible to get through on the phone as they ring out consistently and don't bother leaving a message as it won't be returned. I understand that the shop front is only as good as the business behind it however this shop is a prime example of why retail is disappearing. There appears to be no link between Telstra online and this store by advertising items they do not even have access to. Completely redundant I am afraid and you will have far more success with an independent who is genuinely customer motivated.

  Very efficient from the moment I was greeted at the door by the manager to the salesperson who was extremely knowledgeable about how to get the best deal for everything I wanted till I left, very satisfied.

  But sadly, general customer service is severely lacking. I went in last week and stood for over 10 minutes (along with other people) and none of us were even acknowledged... not even as much as a "Hi, someone will be with you as shortly"... nothing. No eye contact; it was as if we didn't exist, even though there were two guys behind the counter! Seriously, how difficult is it to acknowledge the presence of your customers???? It doesn't take much effort to do that!

  Kara and Mansour(?) are really good... they know how to treat customers. (And I will gladly do business with them any day).
