    About 15 months ago I began purchasing an item from Wilkinson's that I had been unable to find else where. I have months between purchases and have been served by different people. Today I called to see if they had the item I required and was informed the item would need to be ordered. Before I could give my name the person I was speaking to asked if it was me (Using my first name), then when I confirmed it was they then used my last name which was also correct.

    I appreciated the fact Wilkinson's staff make you feel you are more than just someone they have to deal with and take the time to make you feel you are important.
