  Proximity to the shipping container port and train line is great if you have a fetish for trainspotting. 24hr noise from the port. the lights at the port are sufficiently bright that the darkest time of the day is just after the sunrises.

  The room was dirty, the hot water cylinder was ran dry after filling up the spa (and it had clearly emptied long before the bath was full because it was not warm enough) and there was a screw hanging out of the wall due to a suspected missing towel rack. For the money, I will not be staying there again. Avoid if possible.

  Within walking distance of all shops and dining. Self contained unit including washing machine and small kitchen. Unfortunately entrance straight onto street and thus can hear every car and group walking.
