  arse holes cant even fix a simple punture, drove over 200km home to find tyre still flat, rang and said i would be there about 11 oclock to get it fixed again, got there at 11.15 to find it was closed even though i was told it would be open till 12, thanks to theese twats this punture has cost me over $120, no wonder they have such a bad rep on the west coast of tassy, was even warned not to go near them, go screw yourself beaurepairs

  After driving around for months on tyres as smooth as a babies bottom, I finally admitted it was time to put some rubber between myself and those pancake makers you Tasmanians call roads. Being the tight fisted fella that I am, I couldn't just skid into the first garage that I saw. I HAD to scour the internet for the very best deal and scour I did ! I googled and facebooked, I phoned and emailed. I hit up every member card, discount site and dodgy point program available, I clicked until my fingers bled and then I clicked some more ! Every site I came upon guaranteed they had the best deal but they lied, they all lied ! Tired, disheartened and yearning for those good ole mainland prices I once relied upon, I thought "F- it, I haven't tried Beaurepaires yet, I suppose i should give them a go" and aren't I glad I did !

  Im giving them two stars. They really only deserve one but due to a good price and friendly service I will give them two. Firstly one wheel trim (Hub Cap) was cracked which was brand new before going there. Secondly as i drove home up Mount Street (A busy three lane road) my rear hubcap flew off and cars had to swerve to miss it. I got home to find my spare tyre wasnt even secured in its place. Their incompetence is dangerous and if they cant even install a hub cap properly they shouldnt be fitting tyres. I will never go back.

  The service was fast, friendly and professional. My tyres haven't fallen off and I didn't need a 2nd mortgage to cover the bill, I recon that in itself deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend Beaurepaires Burnie and will definately be using you again.

  A 2 minute yak on the chat thingymajig and bob was me uncle (well actually beau was, 'bob' was frickin dreaming) anyways, it wasn't long before they'd emailed to confirm a rippa price and booked me in to slap that rubber where it needed to be.
