    Very helpful staff and great roomy area but the desks for service are cramped together in one corner and no room for seating if going as a couple and with no privacy to discuss matters with the staff member.

    Very helpful staff and I liked that they told us about all the extras we can get by being a member of their roadside assistance program. We get a discount on fuel where we normally buy fuel from anyway and they have cards to use at Woolworths where you get more value in groceries than the cards cost. Plus movie tickets to the local cinema are cheaper from Ract. I only wanted roadside assistance but will probably end up saving enough on the extras to get back most, if not all, the money the membership costs.

    What a great branch of the RACT. Were happy to go above and beyond when I needed an ID permit fast before an overseas holiday. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.
