    Staff knew what they were doing, polite and friendly.

    Was charged for 3 months redirection and given only 1 when my form clearly said 1 month, the young girl who did it had a serious attitude problem and after i got my refund the staff wouldn't even help me get the phone number of a neighboring post office because i was confused after moving 2 streets and therefore falling under another post office.
